This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver attentive, dignified care in a calm home environment alongside a respectful and supportive family.<br><br>

<strong>Schedule<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Overnight Shift)<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>7 days per week coverage needed<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Flexible scheduling available:<br><br><ul>
<li>One full-time caregiver, or<br><br>
</li>
<li>Two caregivers sharing a rotation (e.g., 5 days on / 2 days off)<br><br>
</li>
</ul>
</li>

<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>The caregiver will provide overnight supervision and assistance as needed. You will be able to rest in an adjacent room while remaining available to assist the client throughout the night.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assist with <strong>safe ambulation during nighttime hours<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Provide <strong>toileting assistance as needed<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Support client with <strong>safe transitions into bed<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Monitor for <strong>safety and well-being overnight<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Respond promptly to client needs with a <strong>calm and reassuring presence<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Communicate updates or concerns with the care team/family<br><br>
</li>

<strong>Client & Environment<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Client has <strong>mild dementia</strong> and benefits from <strong>patient, attentive care<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Home is a <strong>non-smoking environment</strong>; caregivers must refrain from smoking during shifts and on the premises<br><br>
</li>
<li>Family is <strong>respectful, collaborative, and supportive of care staff<br></strong><br>
</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Professional caregiving experience required<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>dementia care strongly preferred<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Ability to provide <strong>patient, calm, and compassionate support<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>mobility assistance</strong> preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Reliable, attentive, and professional<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong communication skills<br><br>
