Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and facilitating a variety of recreational, social, and therapeutic activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents.
- Engage residents in group and individual activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment during all activities.
- Document participation and progress of residents in activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff and family members to meet residents’ needs and preferences.
- Set up and clean activity areas and materials as needed.
- Encourage residents' independence and participation to enhance their quality of life.
