Hiring a sales lead for Of10 coworking in Powai
This is not a “community” role. It’s a sales role.
We run a coworking + event space in Powai. Good product, steady demand. Need someone who can stay on top of leads and convert them properly.
What you’ll do:
– handle all inbound (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
– follow up like crazy
– close bookings for events, shoots, offsites, workspace
– bring in some outbound through agencies / contacts
Looking for someone early in their career (1–3 years), who’s already sold something.
You should be:
– fast
– persistent
– comfortable chasing and closing
You shouldn’t be:
– passive
– waiting to be told what to do
– more interested in “vibe” than numbers
If you’re good, you’ll make more than your salary.
Based in Powai.
