Role Description
The Cultural Coordinator will oversee, design, and execute cultural and extracurricular programs to foster community engagement and holistic development among students. Responsibilities include organizing campus events, collaborating with student groups, managing logistics for cultural programs, and ensuring that all activities reflect inclusivity and align with university values. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Event planning, coordination, and project management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to foster teamwork, motivate students, and promote inclusivity
- Creativity and innovation in planning engaging cultural activities
- Proficiency in managing event logistics and budgets
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in cultural or event management within an educational or community setting is a plus
- Any Masters’s degree and experience in Dance, Music, Theater, Arts, Event Management, or a related field
