Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead sales initiatives, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure operational excellence and high-quality customer service.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and address any issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that motivates high performance.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market and industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the center's operations and sales to drive business growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Directing and overseeing the center's activities to ensure compliance with the company's policies and standards.
