Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead sales initiatives, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure operational excellence and high-quality customer service.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and address any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency and business growth.
- Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that motivates high performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market and industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
