Join our culinary crew as Culinary Production Lead to help scale while keeping the bar at highest standards of quality and efficiency.
We’re looking for someone who can take complete ownership of our production ecosystem - from gelato to bakery, sauces, accompaniments, and everything in between. This role sits at the intersection of product, process, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end production across gelato, bakery, sauces, toppings, and dessert components. If it leaves the kitchen, it’s on you
- Build, refine, and enforce SOPs, checklists, and production discipline
- Run production planning based on demand, forecasting, and real-time requirements
- Obsess over yield, wastage, and efficiency - every gram, every batch matters
- Maintain strict control over quality across all touchpoints from ingredient, production, storage to distribution and display
- Manage ingredient quality and inventory - no stockouts, no compromises
- Continuously optimise processes to improve speed, consistency, and cost without compromising quality
- Maintain strict control over food safety, hygiene, temperature, and batch integrity like your life depends on it (because our reputation does)
- Work closely with procurement and ops to ensure ingredient quality and cost control
- Bring your A-game every day, inspiring and motivating the team to reach new heights of greatness
- Lead the kitchen team from the front - set the tone, set the pace, set the standard

Requirements
- Proven experience in a fast-paced production kitchen, cloud kitchen, or commercial setup (desserts or frozen category is a strong plus)
- Hands-on mindset - you lead, but the execution starts from you
- A solid understanding of batch production, scaling, and consistency control
- Deep grip on texture, flavour balance, and ingredient behaviour
- Clear knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- You believe in structured workflows but also know when to improvise for greatness
- Physical Stamina: Let’s be real this job involves standing, lifting, and moving around
- Auditory and Visual abilities to observe and detect signs of emergency
- You’re willing to wear multiple hats, take on diverse roles, and changing priorities.
- You’re a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude
- You take pride in your product but are always open to constructive feedback
