We are building a modern, scalable food brand (cloud kitchen / QSR model) and looking for a Culinary Consultant who can act as a strategic partner (like a fractional Chief Culinary Officer).
This is not a full-time kitchen role — we are looking for someone who can think, plan, and build, not just cook.
If you understand how to design winning menus, build food systems, and scale food businesses, this role is for you.
Your Role (Strategic + Execution)
You will work closely with the founders to:
1. Menu & Concept Strategy
- Design a high-performing multi-cuisine menu (Snacks, Salads, Quick Meals)
- Build USP-driven food concepts (fusion, premium, health-focused, etc.)
- Identify trending and high-demand categories
2. Menu Engineering & Profitability
- Create a high-margin, scalable menu structure
- Optimize dishes for:
- Cost
- Preparation time
- Repeatability
3. Recipe Standardization (SOPs)
- Develop precise, replicable recipes
- Ensure consistency across batches & locations
- Build systems that don’t depend on individual chefs
4. Cloud Kitchen & Operations Planning
- Guide on:
- Kitchen setup & workflow
- Equipment planning
- Ingredient sourcing strategy
5. Brand & Product Positioning
- Help define:
- Food identity
- Presentation style
- Packaging for delivery
6. Training & Systems
- Train staff (if required)
- Build process-driven kitchen operations
