Perfect for IHM students / aspiring chefs looking for real-world exposure
We are looking for an IHM student (final year) / recent graduate / junior chef (Commis level) who can work as a Culinary Consultant on a short-term project basis.
This is not a routine kitchen job — this is a build-from-scratch opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine menu (North Indian / relevant cuisine)
- Standardize recipes for batch cooking
- Work on taste consistency + cost optimization
- Help create basic SOPs for kitchen execution
- Assist in initial trial runs (if required)
Compensation
- Project-based payment: 25k – 40k (depending on scope & experience)
- Potential for long-term collaboration
