Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Culinary Chef Trainer located in Mumbai. The Culinary Chef Trainer will be responsible for training staff on food preparation techniques, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring consistency in recipes across outlets. This role will involve designing training modules, conducting workshops, evaluating staff performance, and implementing improvements based on feedback. Additionally, the Culinary Chef Trainer will collaborate with the R&D and operations teams to refine recipes and maintain brand consistency in food offerings.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in culinary arts, recipe standardization, and food preparation techniques
- Strong training, mentoring, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control processes
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and conducting training programs and workshops
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot kitchen-related challenges efficiently
- A deep passion for food and a commitment to upholding the brand's flavor and quality standards
- A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related fields is preferred
- Experience in the QSR or hospitality industry is a strong advantage
