Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Culinary Arts Instructors at the Indian Culinary Academy in Bengaluru. The role involves delivering high-quality culinary training to students across various programs offered by the academy. Responsibilities include developing and updating course curriculum, teaching culinary techniques, preparing practical and theoretical sessions, evaluating students' progress, and mentoring them to achieve professional excellence. Instructors are expected to contribute to maintaining the academy's standard of excellence in culinary education and inspire students through their expertise and passion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and experience in creating interactive and engaging training materials for culinary education
- Strong Teaching skills with the ability to clearly explain practical and theoretical culinary concepts
- Knowledge of artistic skills such as Painting and Drawing can be an added advantage for presenting and decorating culinary creations
- Expertise in culinary-related arts or relevant practical experience in the food industry
- Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and mentorship skills
- Previous experience as a culinary instructor or in a professional kitchen environment is a plus
