About the Social Growth and Math Outreach Team The Social Growth and Math Outreach team at Cuemath is at the forefront of creating engaging and interactive math experiences for students and parents worldwide. Our mission is to bring math to life through compelling and high value content, fostering a love for the subject in learners of all ages. We leverage social media, video content, and live experiences to make math accessible, fun, and impactful. From a business perspective, this helps build Cuemath a strong brand and increases our reach among students/parents to become a part of the Cuemath Learning Ecosystem.
Role: Math Presenter
As a Math Presenter, you will play a key role in bringing math to life for our US + Global audience through dynamic and interactive experiences. Your work will involve hosting live online sessions, shooting high-quality academic videos, and creating engaging content that connects math to the real world
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality, engaging math experiences through live and recorded content for students globally.
- Host YouTube live sessions (or live events on our custom platform) focused on school math concepts, test prep, and Olympiad prep for the global audience, initially focused on theUS.
- Present academic math concepts in an interactive and relatable manner.
- Create video content, including real-world math applications, fun puzzles, and problem-solving challenges.
- Engage with audiences on digital platforms to foster interest and excitement for math learning.
- Collaborate with content, design, and production teams to develop impactful, visually appealing and engaging live sessions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in online education and content presentation.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of math concepts and the ability to present them engagingly.
- Excellent on-camera presence with confidence and charisma.
- Prior experience in hosting high-quality live online experiences is a plus.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them relatable for students.
- Passion for teaching and making math enjoyable for learners.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and content creation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in mathematics, education, or a related field.
- Experience working with US audiences and understanding their learning preferences.
- Understanding of designing learning experiences rooted in science of learning and neuroscience principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
