Job Details:

Objective of this job is to be a part of a testing team; define test strategies, prepare repository of testing models and testing technique. Creating other benchmarking reports; collaborate with software development teams. Benchmark with new technologies, continuous up gradation of technical artefacts related to TLC, Expertise in conducting Performance Testing and having hands on standards testing tools.

Note: This is a six-month trainee program. Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates may be considered for a permanent role based on their performance. However, conversion is not guaranteed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write and debug code for software applications with minimal guidance.
• Support the development of software solutions following best practices.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of existing applications.
• Document development processes and assist in refining technical documentation.
• Actively participate in team meetings and code reviews.
• Work within established software development procedures and guidelines.
• Support software deployment and maintenance activities.
• Identify and escalate issues that require further analysis.
  
  
  

Minimum Skill Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Looking for "Manual Test Engineer" with expertise on API Testing. But should be capable to switch to Automation if required
• Good programming skills and with strong knowledge on Data Structures, Analysis of Algorithms and OOPs.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to work on any one language (Eg: C & C++, JAVA etc)
• Knowledge on tools like POSTMAN & JMETER would be a major plus
  
  
  

Qualification:

• Should have Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or IT related fields.
• Consistently score / maintain 70% or above throughout their education qualifications from Xth Standard onwards.
