About the role
Objective of this job is to be a part of a testing team; define test strategies, prepare repository of testing models and testing technique. Creating other benchmarking reports; collaborate with software development teams. Benchmark with new technologies, continuous up gradation of technical artefacts related to TLC, Expertise in conducting Performance Testing and having hands on standards testing tools.
Note: This is a six-month trainee program. Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates may be considered for a permanent role based on their performance. However, conversion is not guaranteed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Write and debug code for software applications with minimal guidance.
Support the development of software solutions following best practices.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting of existing applications.
Document development processes and assist in refining technical documentation.
Actively participate in team meetings and code reviews.
Work within established software development procedures and guidelines.
Support software deployment and maintenance activities.
Identify and escalate issues that require further analysis.
