Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR/Office Manager with recruiting experience to oversee daily office operations while leading talent acquisition and core HR functions. This hybrid role ensures operational efficiency, workforce compliance, and a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and HR management
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and selection criteria.
• Administer onboarding, offboarding, benefits coordination, and employee
records.
• Support employee relations, performance management, review processes, and engagement initiatives.
• Support staff training and certification processes in collaboration with managers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain HR metrics, reports, and applicant tracking systems.
Office Operations
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, travel coordination, and vendor management.
• Serve as liaison for IT support, device provisioning, and software licensing.
• Manage company fleet logistics, registrations, and compliance documentation.
• Support leadership with project coordination, reporting, and operational planning.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in HR, recruitment, office management, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment of field and office operations.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
