We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Growth and Strategy Associate, who is open to working out of our Bangalore office, to support key business functions across growth, marketing, and operations. As a Growth and Strategy Associate, you’ll work closely with the founders and core team, playing a critical role in driving cross-functional projects, improving internal processes, and contributing to client success. You’ll also gain hands-on experience across SEO, digital marketing, and business development in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with founders and leadership to support business growth and strategic initiatives
• Assist with SEO research, content planning, and marketing execution across channels
• Work on client-facing deliverables and ensure timely execution of tasks that impact client success
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth
• Track key metrics and performance indicators; generate reports and insights regularly
• Maintain and update internal documentation and project tracking tools
• Take ownership of coordination and administrative functions that keep teams aligned
• Contribute ideas proactively during team discussions to drive experimentation and improvement

Qualifications:

• Recent graduates (Class of 2024 or 2025)
• Currently based in Bangalore and open to working from our office in HSR Layout
• Interest in business strategy, marketing, SEO, and client operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills – written and verbal – with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment
