Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our ABP Live team as a Client Servicing professional. This role is crucial in managing and nurturing our client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and acting as a key point of contact between the client and our internal teams.
In addition to core account management, this individual will handle CTV (Connected TV) campaign operations and ad trafficking, ensuring seamless execution of digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital media execution, customer support, and contributing to the growth and success of ABP Live.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, schedule, traffic, and manage digital ad campaigns, with a specific focus on CTV campaign operations
- Collaborate effectively with internal to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery according to client expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses via various communication channels
- Address client issues and concerns efficiently and proactively, escalating complex matters as needed
- Collect, analyse, and manage client-related data to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide insightful reports
- Assist in the planning and execution of client campaigns and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, campaign delivery setups, agreements, and feedback
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding or familiarity with ad trafficking workflows and CTV campaign management platforms
- Proficiency in Excel for data management, delivery tracking, and performance reporting
- Familiarity with web-based email platforms for efficient communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced ad operations environment

Advantageous:
Prior experience in client servicing, ad trafficking, or campaign operations within the advertising, marketing, or digital media industry (especially with exposure to CTV platforms).
