We are building ZARX - the infrastructure layer for esports (identity + payments + APIs). Not a gaming app. Not a tournament platform.
We are looking for a CTO who can design and execute a scalable system from 0 → 1.
Responsibilities:
• Design system architecture (microservices, APIs, infra)
• Lead backend, frontend, and DevOps teams
• Build MVP within 30–45 days
• Own scalability, performance, and security
• Define engineering roadmap
Requirements:
• Strong experience in Node.js (NestJS preferred)
• Experience with distributed systems & microservices
• Strong understanding of fintech systems (wallets, escrow, payments)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, WebSockets
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP)
• Proven experience building scalable products (0 → 100K users)
Bonus:
• Experience in gaming/esports
• Experience building developer platforms or APIs
