Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/Co-founder role at PatternAI.in. The CTO/Co-founder will lead the technological vision and strategy of the organization, oversee product development, and ensure alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include managing software development, defining IT architecture, implementing scalable technology solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and success. Additionally, the CTO/Co-founder will play a critical role in decision-making and contribute to the company's long-term growth and vision.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development, including knowledge of programming languages and scalable solutions
- Strong skills in Project Management and IT Strategy to efficiently oversee timelines, resources, and goals
- Proficiency in Architecture and system design to develop robust, scalable, and reliable frameworks
- Experience with Product Development, including prototyping, testing, and deployment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment
- Previous leadership experience in technology startups or relevant industries is highly desirable
