Description:

CTG is seeking to fill a Test Automation Specialist -Tricentis Tosca opening for our premier client.

 

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

 

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Specialist with deep expertise in Tricentis Tosca and a proven track record of automating Web UI and SAP Fiori test cases in large-scale enterprise environments.

 

Although Tosca is already implemented within the organization, this role will be responsible for building the automation process from the ground up, ensuring a robust, scalable, and maintainable framework. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with excellent communication and training capabilities to guide teams, promote best practices, and drive successful adoption of automation across multiple streams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a scalable test automation framework using Tricentis Tosca.
  • Automate Web UI and SAP Fiori test cases for complex enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate them into delivery pipelines.
  • Provide training and mentorship to teams on Tosca best practices and automation strategies.
  • Ensure automation processes are stable, repeatable, and aligned with business requirements.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Expert-level proficiency in Tricentis Tosca, including test case design and execution.
  • Hands-on experience automating Web UI and SAP Fiori applications.
  • Strong understanding of test automation principles, frameworks, and CI/CD integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead automation initiatives and drive adoption across multiple streams.

 

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with LeanIX and Signavio.
  • Familiarity with SAP landscapes and enterprise process modelling.

 

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65 to $85 hourly. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
