Job Title: Clinical Trial Finance Administrator(CTFA)

Responsibilities:


Financial Operations Support:

􀁸 Manage investigator site payments: review payment requests/invoices, ensure correctness, route for approvals, and execute payments in a timely manner.

􀁸 Assist with vendor management, including purchase order creation, invoice tracking, and payment approvals.

􀁸 Track study costs against budgets and contracts.

􀁸 Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for assigned projects.

􀁸 Liaise with internal teams (Clinical Operations, Contract Management, Project Management, Finance) to verify financial data related to study activities.


Clinical Trial Support:

􀁸 Support financial data collection from sites, CRO partners, and internal systems.

􀁸 Support invoicing and collections: prepare invoices, follow up with sponsors, ensure clinical site/study vendor billings are issued and collected per contract terms.

􀁸 Maintain financial trackers and dashboards for study status, site payments, budget consumption, forecasting.

􀁸 Monitor clinical project spend and ensure cost control; flag and investigate variances, delays, or over-spends; recommend corrective actions when needed.

􀁸 Assist with the closure of studies - ensuring all financial deliverables are met, last invoices paid, contracts fulfilled, reconciliation completed.


Compliance & Documentation:

􀁸 Ensure compliance with all relevant financial procedures, accounting policies, and regulatory / audit requirements.

􀁸 Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analyses to stakeholders (e.g., Project Managers, Finance leads, Sponsors) as requested.
