The Centre for Teaching Excellence (CTEx) is the in-house professional development and quality assurance wing of the CS Academy Group of Schools. CTEx works closely with academic and administrative teams across our six campuses, supporting a thriving community of 5,000+ students and 500+ educators.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Associate who will support the planning, coordination and smooth execution of CTEx programmes and day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organise professional development workshops, conferences and training programmes.
- Support planning and execution of teacher learning initiatives across all CS Academy campuses.
- Maintain documentation, reports, attendance records and training databases.
- Coordinate logistics for events, meetings and capacity-building programmes.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation and HR-related administrative processes.
- Manage communication with teachers, trainers and external resource persons.
- Prepare presentations, certificates, feedback forms and training materials.
- Collect, organise and analyse programme data to generate meaningful reports.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
- Ensure timely documentation, record management and process compliance.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong event planning and coordination abilities
- Documentation and data management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Outlook)
- Experience using AI tools for productivity, documentation and content creation
- Graphic design skills (Canva / AI design tools)
- Social media and digital communication skills
- Data analysis, reporting and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professionalism, confidentiality and ownership of responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Education or a related discipline.
- Freshers with excellent organisational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in HR, administration, training coordination, education, event management or learning & development will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with HR software, Google Workspace and AI productivity tools is desirable.
