👨⚕️ Role: CSSD Manager
The CSSD Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Central Sterile Services Department and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant sterilization processes.
📍 Location: Pan India
💼 Experience: 4+ Years as CSSD Manager
🎓 Qualification: B.Sc. / CSSD Diploma / Graduate
🏥 Industry: Healthcare / Hospital / CSSD Services
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily CSSD operations and sterilization workflows.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, quality, safety, and hospital protocols.
- Manage CSSD manpower, duty rosters, training, and performance.
- Monitor the performance and maintenance of CSSD equipment.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, quality assurance systems, and documentation.
- Manage inventory, instrument tracking, and coordination with clinical departments.
- Coordinate with hospital administration, clinical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support audits, inspections, NABH/accreditation requirements, and compliance activities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Support turnkey CSSD projects and ensure smooth implementation of operational standards.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a CSSD Manager or in a senior CSSD management role.
- Strong knowledge of sterilization processes, CSSD operations, infection control, and hospital safety protocols.
- Proven experience in CSSD team management, supervision, training, and manpower planning.
- Good knowledge of autoclaves, washer-disinfectors, sterilizers, and other CSSD equipment.
- Experience in inventory management, instrument tracking, and documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- B.Sc. / CSSD Diploma / Graduate qualification.
- Relevant CSSD training/certification will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in India.
- Experience in a large hospital, reputed healthcare institution, or multi-specialty hospital will be preferred.
