At Sumadhura Group, we are looking for a strategic and impact-driven CSR professional to lead and scale our sustainability and social impact initiatives.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive CSR strategy, ESG alignment, and long-term community impact programs across our operations in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
Our CSR initiatives are implemented through Sumadhura Foundation—the charitable arm of the group—focused on education, community development, environmental sustainability, and livelihood enhancement.

fy high-impact projects in education, environment, and community development • Drive
partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and stakeholders • Monito
r, evaluate, and communicate impact through structured reporting • Repres
ent the organization in external forums and sustainability platforms

experience in CSR strategy / ESG / sustainability leadership • Proven
ability to build scalable programs and partnerships • Excell
