We are hiring a CSR Fundraising & NGO Partnership Executive (Project Basis) for our rural development initiatives focused on Madhya Pradesh.
We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with people, building relationships, and proactively solving challenges to drive meaningful social impact.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with CSR stakeholders, NGOs, and partners via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Provide clear and informed responses regarding project concepts, funding structures, and implementation models
• Coordinate with internal teams and field partners to meet project requirements
• Support proposal development, follow-ups, and stakeholder engagement
• Maintain and update data across CRM and reporting platforms
• Convert leads and conversations into long-term partnerships and project support

• Understanding of Rural Development / Livelihood Projects
• Strong Presentation & Interpersonal Skills
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5–7 years of experience in CSR, fundraising, NGO partnerships, or stakeholder engagement roles
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and impact-oriented environment

• Performance-linked incentives (success fee on CSR funds raised)
📍 Location Focus: Madhya Pradesh (remote coordination possible)
