We are Hiring | CSR Fundraising Manager / CSR Fundraising and Partnerships lead
Location - Dadar
Qualification - Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience - 5 years to 15 years
Number of positions - 1
Key Responsibilities -
1. CSR Fundraising and Revenue Ownership
• Building and managing a monthly pipeline of 20-25 prospects.
• Drive submission of 10–15 proposals/concept notes per month.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and stakeholder engagement.
• Convert opportunities into confirmed funding partnerships.
• Contribute towards achieving ₹15 Crore annual CSR funding target.
2. Partnership and Stakeholder Management
• Build relationships with corporates, CSR heads, foundations, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential donors.
• Represent the organization in networking and stakeholder forums.
• Maintain long-term engagement for repeat funding.
3. Proposal Development and Coordination
• Work closely with internal teams to develop high-quality proposals.
• Customize proposals based on donor priorities and CSR focus areas.
• Ensure timely submission and alignment with compliance requirements.
4. Pipeline Tracking and Reporting
• Maintain a structured tracker for leads, proposals, and conversions.
• Provide weekly and monthly updates on pipeline status and progress.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive closures.
