Job Title: CSR Fundraising & Partnerships Lead
Department: CSR / Strategy

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead CSR fundraising and partnerships. The role will be responsible for building and managing a strong funding pipeline, driving proposal submissions, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
This is a revenue-focused role, with clear ownership of achieving annual CSR funding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- CSR Fundraising & Revenue Ownership
- Build and manage a monthly pipeline of 20–25 CSR prospects
- Drive submission of 10–15 proposals/concept notes per month
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and stakeholder engagement
- Convert opportunities into confirmed funding partnerships
- Contribute towards achieving ₹15 Crore annual CSR funding target
2.Partnerships and Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with corporates, CSR heads, foundations, and key decision-makers
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential donors
- Represent the organization in networking and stakeholder forums
- Maintain long-term engagement for repeat funding
3. Proposal Development & Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams to develop high-quality proposals
- Customize proposals based on donor priorities and CSR focus areas
- Ensure timely submission and alignment with compliance requirements
4. Pipeline Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain a structured tracker for leads, proposals, and conversions
- Provide weekly and monthly updates on pipeline status and progress
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive closures
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly:
- 20–25 new leads identified
- 10–15 proposals submitted
- 15–20 follow-ups conducted
- 3–5 active donor discussions
- 1–2 closures
Quarterly:
- ₹1-2 Crore pipeline conversion progress
Annual:
- Contribution towards ₹15 Crore CSR funding target
Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in:
- CSR fundraising / NGO partnerships / donor management
- OR B2B sales / business development (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage pipelines and close opportunities
- Understanding of CSR ecosystem and proposal processes is preferred
Skills Required
- Stakeholder management and negotiation
- Proposal writing and presentation skills
- Strong follow-up and execution discipline
- Ability to work with targets and timelines
