About Bhoomi Educational Foundation
Bhoomi Educational Foundation is a mission-driven non-profit working to strengthen foundational learning outcomes for underserved students through structured academic programmes, after-school learning centres, and school partnerships.
Our model integrates curriculum-aligned teaching, continuous assessments, and blended learning approaches (digital + classroom) to address learning gaps at the grassroots level. We work closely with schools and communities to improve student retention, academic performance, and long-term educational continuity, with a strong focus on measurable, data-backed impact.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a CSR Fundraiser with proven corporate-facing experience to lead and deepen our partnerships with companies and institutional donors.
This is a high-ownership, strategic role for someone who understands both CSR priorities and on-ground programme realities, and can translate impact into credible, fundable opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term CSR partnerships with corporates and foundations
- Identify aligned funding opportunities and drive end-to-end partnership closure
- Lead high-quality proposal development (concept notes, detailed proposals, budgets)
- Position programmes in alignment with CSR frameworks (Schedule VII)
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop data-backed impact narratives
- Ensure strong donor engagement, reporting, and retention
- Maintain a structured, trackable fundraising pipeline
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in CSR fundraising, partnerships, or institutional sales
- Demonstrated experience in independently leading or closing CSR partnerships / grants
- Strong understanding of corporate decision-making cycles and stakeholder management
- Ability to craft clear, compelling, and outcome-driven proposals
- Comfortable operating in a lean, execution-focused environment with high accountability
- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings, partnership development, and donor engagement
