The Corporate Matchmakers (TCM), a global talent solutions firm, is hiring for an exciting leadership opportunity with one of our esteemed clients in Pune. If you are passionate about driving social impact, sustainability, and responsible business practices, this role is for you.

Lead – CSR, ESG & Sustainability

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute CSR strategies aligned with business goals and statutory requirements
✔ Lead high-impact initiatives across education, healthcare, environment, and community development
✔ Build and implement ESG frameworks aligned with global standards
✔ Drive ESG reporting, disclosures, and compliance requirements
✔ Lead sustainability initiatives such as climate action, resource efficiency, and responsible operations
✔ Engage with leadership, investors, regulators, NGOs, and community stakeholders
✔ Track KPIs, impact metrics, dashboards, and governance reports
✔ Lead and mentor teams while collaborating cross-functionally
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
✔ Postgraduate degree / certification in CSR, ESG, Sustainability preferred
Experience:
✔ Relevant experience in CSR, ESG, Sustainability, Social Impact, or Development Sector roles
✔ Strong expertise in program management, reporting, compliance, stakeholder management, and strategic execution
