Role Overview
The CSR Executive will drive the organisation’s social impact agenda by managing stakeholder relationships, supporting fundraising initiatives, and ensuring effective implementation of CSR programs. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners — including NGOs, corporate donors, and implementation agencies — this role requires strong coordination, communication, and a genuine commitment to social development.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NGO partners, corporate collaborators, donors, and implementation agencies.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with partner organisations and facilitate seamless communication between external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Coordinate stakeholder interactions and ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
Fundraising & Partnership Support
- Support fundraising campaigns, CSR partnerships, and donor engagement initiatives through outreach and relationship management.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, partnership decks, and donor documentation.
- Identify opportunities for strategic collaborations aligned with the organisation’s CSR objectives.
Program Coordination & Implementation
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of CSR programs across multiple initiatives.
- Liaise with internal teams including finance, legal, HR, and senior management to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, budgets, and compliance.
- Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, field visits, events, and on-ground implementation activities.
Employee Volunteering
- Plan and coordinate employee volunteering initiatives in collaboration with NGO partners and internal HR teams.
- Manage end-to-end logistics for volunteering activities including scheduling, communication, participation management, and on-ground coordination.
- Track volunteer participation, collect feedback, and prepare impact summaries for employees and leadership teams.
- Identify and develop new volunteering opportunities aligned with organisational CSR focus areas and employee engagement goals.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact Reporting
- Support the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks to measure program effectiveness and impact.
- Analyse program data and prepare impact reports, case studies, presentations, and donor updates.
- Manage impact communication materials including social media updates, internal reports, and partner-facing communication.
- Ensure compliance with statutory CSR reporting and disclosure requirements under the Companies Act.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of CSR activities, stakeholder interactions, budgets, agreements, and implementation reports.
- Prepare MIS reports and periodic updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to CSR regulations and governance frameworks.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CSR, NGO/development sector, stakeholder management, employee engagement, or fundraising.
- Basic understanding of impact measurement methodologies and CSR compliance frameworks under the Companies Act.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent coordination, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and partner interactions.
