Role: CSOD Partner Implementation Specialist.

The role requires an ongoing engagement, based on demand and scheduling.

Job Title: CSOD Partner Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote (Gurgaon/Delhi Folks-Hybrid mode)

Shift: Eastern Time zone only (Candidate must be ok with this shift)

Note: CSOD Certification must be active (If not during interview they should have active certificate)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CSOD Partner Implementation Specialist certified in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) to lead and complete implementations of the platform across its diverse modules, including Learning, Performance, Succession, Recruiting, LxP, Talent Link, MyGuide, and Talent Marketplace. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in implementing solutions for enterprise clients and a proven ability to integrate systems effectively. Experience with SABA or SumTotal is a bonus.

This role is not an administrative position but rather focuses on strategic implementation, integration, and enabling successful adoption of CSOD across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Implementation:
• Lead the implementation process for CSOD modules, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define project objectives and outcomes.
• Solution Design and Configuration:
• Configure CSOD solutions tailored to organizational needs, including Learning, Performance, Recruiting, and Succession.
• Provide advisory on best practices for Talent Management and Employee Development.
• Integration Expertise:
• Oversee 1-2 system integrations to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges with internal and external systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with functional leads from AMS, Accenture, AlephTalent, Banloe Consulting, CGI, Capgemini, Cognizant, DXC, Deloitte, IBM, Infosys, HCL Technologies, LRMG, Tata Consulting Services, Tier1 Performance, Atalent, TalearnX and other global organizations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for implementation projects.
• User Enablement:
• Ensure successful adoption of CSOD solutions through training sessions and user guides.
• Work with MyGuide and Talent Marketplace modules to enhance user experience.
• Cross-Platform Experience:
• Leverage knowledge of SABA or SumTotal as an added advantage for platform transitions or co-existence.

Qualifications:

• Certifications: Cornerstone OnDemand Partner Implementation Certification is required.
• Bonus: Certifications in SABA or SumTotal.

Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing CSOD modules across Learning, Performance, and Talent solutions.
• Experience with integrating HR/Talent platforms with other enterprise systems (1-2 integration projects required).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in system configuration, user management, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of integration tools such as APIs, middleware, or proprietary connectors.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and clients in different time zones.
