Junior Secretariat Assistant: 18–28 years as on 30th May 2025. Upper age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD (additional 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC), up to 35 years for widows/divorced women (40 years for SC/ST), and 3 years for Ex-Servicemen after deducting military service. ✅ Eligibility Criteria: (1) Junior Stenographer: 10+2/ Matric + XII or equivalent with proficiency in stenography (80 w.p.m. dictation, transcription: 50 min for English, 65 min for Hindi) as per DoPT norms. (2) Junior Secretariat Assistant (G/F&A/S&P): 10+2/ Matric + XII or equivalent with proficiency in computer typing (English: 35 w.p.m., Hindi: 30 w.p.m.) as per DoPT norms.
