Role Description
The CSE - Karimnagar - Textile role is a full-time, on-site position located in Karimnagar. This role involves overseeing and ensuring the quality of school-wear production processes, managing embroidery work, supporting textile operations, and contributing to sales initiatives. The individual will play a key role in maintaining product standards while collaborating with team members to meet organizational goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Textile Industry and familiarity with Textiles processes
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures and standards
- Understanding and hands-on experience with Embroidery techniques
- Skill in Sales, including customer engagement and promoting products effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Fashion Design, or related fields is an advantage
- Prior experience in school-wear production or a similar domain is a plus
