Yardi Developer Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai Department: Technology Vacancy Type: Permanent Job Shift: 12 PM - 9 PM Work from Office/Home - We are currently operating in Hybrid model (3 days WFO and 2 days WFH) Job Description for Yardi Developer: Must have the knowledge of YARDI investment management tool. Should have worked on YSR module (Both SQL and Custom reports) Should be able to create YSR reports out of the YARDI inbuilt reports for customization such as - Transaction details, Capital Roll forwards and Property comparisons based on Trial balance and Income statements. Understanding of SQL Queries and experience in writing functions, stored procedures etc. Experience in gathering business requirements and performing functional testing (BA skills) Excellent communication skills; including written and oral. The ability to communicate with users in comprehensible terms is crucial. Good attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) 4-8 years as Yardi Developer Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of team. Ability to work with minimum guidance. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills. Understanding of the Real Estate market in an added plus. Ability to multi-task and thrive in an ambiguous environment. Strong attention to detail. Knowledge of creating & customizing YSR reports in Yardi Knowledge of SQL Query / Scripts/ Functions Knowledge of Unix Scripts / Python / or any scripting language
