About the role
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development &
Partnership Management
- Coordinate with Insurance
Companies (ICs) technical teams for onboarding of products and business
growth initiatives.
- Manage relationships with
insurance companies and technology vendors.
- Support expansion of
insurance business through digital platforms and partner coordination.
2. Technology Coordination
- Coordinate with technology
partners teams for portal integration and API support.
- Resolve technical issues
related to insurance portals and digital platforms.
- Monitor platform
performance and ensure smooth digital operations.
- Support implementation of
new products and features on the portal.
- Manage margin uploads and
updates on insurance platforms.
3. Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day
insurance operations.
- Track policy issuance,
premium collection, and transaction status.
- Maintain MIS reports and
operational dashboards.
- Share product updates,
process changes, and compliance guidelines with stakeholders.
- Track KPIs such as premium
collection, conversion ratio, active VLEs, and renewal performance.
- Coordinate with internal
departments including Finance, Legal, Technology, and Operations teams.
- Ensure timely
communication between CSC, insurance companies, and field teams.
4. Required Skills &
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of
insurance and InsurTech operations.
- Knowledge of portal
management, APIs, and digital platforms.
- Good communication and
coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel,
MIS reporting, and data management.
- Ability to handle multiple
stakeholders and operational tasks efficiently.
5. Preferred Experience
- Experience in insurance,
fintech, or InsurTech operations preferred.
- Prior experience in
coordination with insurance companies and technology vendors will be an
added advantage.
