Role: Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process
Work Mode: On-site
Working Days: 5.5 days working
Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shift
Job Location: Jaipur
Role Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide customer support.
• Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Update customer interactions and details in the system.
• Follow company communication guidelines and processes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
Required Experience & Skills:
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service / Voice Process preferred.
• Graduate / Undergraduate both can apply.
• Good English communication skills required.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
Additional Information:
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• International voice process experience will be an added advantage.
• Cab/Transport facility as per company policy.
