Applications are invited from CS Professional qualified candidates seeking mandatory apprenticeship under Company Secretary in Practice as per ICSI norms
Role
Selected candidate will be trained & gain experience under Company Law, FEMA, and other regulatory matters. These include exposure to Contract drafting, Contract vetting, Due-diligence, Advisory under Corporate Laws, Regulatory Compliances etc.
Your training shall provide:
