Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CS Qualified professional, based in Lucknow. The individual will be responsible for applying their expertise in corporate compliance, governance, and financial legalities. Tasks include reviewing and ensuring legal adherence of company procedures, facilitating communication between stakeholders, assisting in audits, and preparing corporate reports. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure accountability and adherence to organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in corporate compliance, governance, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in financial management, reporting, and accounting principles
- Experience conducting audits, risk assessment, and legal documentation
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- CS qualification with a relevant degree or certification
- Experience in a corporate secretarial or compliance officer role is an advantage
- Proficiency with compliance management software and related tools is a plus
