Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site CS-OPS role based in Bengaluru. The CS-OPS professional will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing projects, improving efficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role will involve data analysis, communication with various stakeholders, streamlining sales processes, and ensuring operational functionality aligns with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess complex data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to support and refine sales strategies
- Experience in Operations Management and streamlining processes for efficiency
- Ability in Project Management to ensure timely and successful project execution
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
