Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all the activities in general administration of the site
- Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources, or re-organizing current premises
- Ensure support for employees shifting, minor modification needs, new office readiness, office equipment requirement etc.
- Support employee engagement activities at site.
- Ensure smooth functioning of fitness centre at site.
- Lead event managements and VIP visits at sites.
- Oversee business centre & pantry operations.
- Oversee continuous Pooja at site and its logistics.
- Lead Passion & sports club at site and take forward activities as per calendar.
- Manage all sports and recreational facilities at site.
- Introduce innovative Promotional activities for employees.
- Support to employees for school admissions.
- Ensure timely distribution of welfare / give-aways to employees
- Analyse performance reports and MIS reports to achieve excellence and close the gaps.
- Lead & coordinate disaster management & emergency at site as and when required.
- Support corporate level imitative and activities whenever called for.
- Project management and supervising /co-ordinating work of contractors.
- Ensure constant and effective review of timelines and quality of services provided by outsourced vendors. Ensure timely and effective trouble shooting / corrective actions where required.
- Ensure budgetary control and monitoring.
- Ensure optimum utilization of company#s resources and facilities.
- Develop and drive effective service standards for all processes with respect to administration in consultation.
- Handle all the special projects for site.
- Ensure smooth and comfortable transportation for the employees at (operation of buses, cars, golf carts, pool cars/VIP cars)
- Ensureprocessadherenceandefficiencyforall Administration related processes.
- Ensure effective cross functional coordination and integration
Education Requirement :
- Manages own time effectively and able to adapt to conflicting demands on time to ensure tasks are completed.
- Listens and questions effectively to gain a thorough understanding of what is required.
- Systematic approach to checking and verifying data
- Ability to provide constructive challenge and scrutiny to ensure all data are accurate and helps to drive performance improvement.
Experience Requirement :
- 10+ years of admin
- 5+ years of systems and SAP
Skills & Competencies :
- SAP release
- Operational Knowledge
- Can handle any job given with proficiency.
- Security measures required towards smooth functioning of the organisation.
- Uses appropriate systems to monitor information and take corrective action.
- Able to challenge confidently in areas where safety has to be balanced between performance and cost .
