Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a CS Management Trainee at HG Infra Engineering Limited. The CS Management Trainee will support the Corporate Secretariat team in ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance, maintaining company records, preparing reports, and facilitating Board meetings. Responsibilities also include assisting with governance processes, filing returns with regulatory authorities, and ensuring that the company adheres to corporate governance best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Corporate Laws, Secretarial Compliance, and Governance practices
- Experience in maintaining statutory records and preparing reports
- Ability to assist with regulatory filings and ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a team as well as independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and document management systems
Must be Professionally Qualified (Passed all CS Professional exams) from ICSI.
