Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CS Management Trainee, based in Jaipur. The trainee will be responsible for assisting with corporate secretarial activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and maintaining corporate governance practices. Day-to-day tasks may include drafting board meeting minutes, managing statutory records, providing support for regulatory filings, and assisting in communication between the company and stakeholders. Additionally, the trainee will work closely with the company secretarial team to streamline processes and support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of corporate laws, governance practices, and regulatory compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively prepare official documents and interact with stakeholders
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage statutory records and ensure timely filings
- Critical thinking and attention to detail for ensuring adherence to legal procedures and standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and general IT literacy is highly beneficial
- Educational qualifications: CS Professional qualified
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic project requirements
