Role Description
The Customer Service (CS) Coordinator will oversee team operations, assist customers in resolving queries, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include handling incoming inquiries, coordinating between teams to resolve issues, maintaining records of transactions, and analyzing customer feedback to suggest service improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, requiring excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, including problem-solving, active listening, and empathy
- Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and teams
- Experience in data handling, record management, and reporting
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements
- Proficiency in CRM tools or other customer service software is a plus
- Teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred
