Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair fiber‑optic systems

Verify performance of internet, phone, and TV services

Complete pre‑ and post‑install documentation and customer education

Place aerial/buried drops and run interior/exterior wiring

Follow all OSHA and safety standards

Work at heights, in confined spaces, and support teammates as needed

Qualifications

Experience with fiber‑optic internet and home phone services

Personal truck/van/SUV with ladder rack + required tools

Samsung Galaxy S23 (or newer) and laptop with Excel

Ability to lift 80 lbs and work overtime/weekends

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills

Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
