Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saraswati Vihar for a CS- Compliance, ROI & RBI Affairs professional. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's compliance with regulatory and statutory guidelines, managing legal compliance matters, preparing reports, and liaising with regulatory bodies like RBI. The role also involves monitoring compliance metrics, addressing potential risks, and ensuring alignment with internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and mitigate compliance risks effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for liaising with regulatory authorities and preparing clear and concise reports
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines and other relevant financial regulations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Commerce, or a related field
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently while maintaining the highest level of accuracy
