Crystal Reports (2016 and latest versions) SQL, PL/SQL; SQL Server SSRS, BIRT, Gupta Report Builder Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Git) Strong debugging and optimization skills
Develop and optimize Crystal Reports for complex business needs. Integrate reports with multiple data sources ensuring accuracy and performance. Provide production support (L2 & L3), troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes. Collaborate with stakeholders and execute projects using Agile methodology. Document technical architecture and define best practices for reporting solutions.
