Role: Crystal Report Developer/Admin

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in Crystal Reports (2016 or later) development and administration.
Proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Experience with Crystal Reports Server/Enterprise administration.
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into meaningful reports.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Experience with Power BI (PBI) for interactive dashboards and advanced analytics.
Exposure to ETL tools or data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with reporting automation and scheduling tools.
Background in finance, HR, or operations reporting is advantageous.
