Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Trading Academy Associate. The associate will deliver instructional content and training sessions on trading and finance fundamentals, perform market analysis, and provide insights on equities and trading trends. Responsibilities include post-training support to learners, assisting in the development of course materials, and fostering a collaborative learning environment. The role also requires staying updated on financial markets and trends to ensure relevant and engaging content delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Trading and Equities with a sound understanding of market dynamics
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and craft actionable insights
• Practical knowledge of Finance to support a comprehensive understanding of financial instruments
• Effective Communication skills for delivering training and engaging with participants
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote work environment
• Prior experience in finance or trading education is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
