<div>Crunch Fitness in Scranton, PA is looking for a Member Services Representative to join the team! </div><div> </div><div> </div><div><u>Essential Job Responsibilities:</u></div><ul>
<li>Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club</li>
<li>Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures</li>
<li>Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in</li>
<li>Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner</li>
<li>Communicate special events to members and guests</li>
<li>Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome</li>
<li>Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager</li>
<li>Maintain professional disposition at all times</li>
<li>Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures</li>
<li>Know club facility, services, and schedules</li>
<li>Gives tours and trial memberships to prospective members.</li>
<li>Activate new memberships.</li>
<li>Upgrade existing members into memberships of greater value. </li>
<li>Engage in opportunities that positively impact the member experience.</li>
<li>Adhere to all operational excellence standards related to providing a great member experience.</li>
<li>Consistently look for opportunities to gain new members.</li>
<li>Determine prospect’s goals and motivation, be knowledgeable of all products, programs and services and ensure prospects understand the value of our services.</li>
<li>Reach and surpass monthly sales projections.</li>
<li>Attend sales and training meetings as necessary.</li>
</ul><div> </div><div>Qualifications:</div><ul>
<li>Previous sales and customer service experience a must.</li>
<li>Fitness club experience preferred</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition</li>
<li>Personal passion for health and fitness</li>
<li>Enjoy working within a team </li>
