If you enjoy creating positive experiences for others and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you. <br><br>Looking for a reliable individual to open our club Monday - Friday 5am-10am.</div><h1><br></h1><h1><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h1><div><br></div><ul>
<li>Fluent in English with strong reading and writing skills<br><br>
</li>
<li>Basic computer proficiency<br><br>
</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and walk the club for routine checks<br><br>
</li>
<li>Willingness to assist with light tasks such as re-racking weights and maintaining a clean environment<br><br>
</li>
</ul><h1><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h1><div><br></div><ul>
<li>Greet all members and guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude and wish them well as they exit the club <br><br>
</li>
<li>Check in members and guests efficiently and accurately<br><br>
</li>
<li>Answer phone calls in a courteous and helpful manner<br><br>
</li>
<li>Communicate upcoming promotions, events, and updates to members<br><br>
</li>
<li>Prepare protein shakes and sell retail products at our juice bar<br><br>
</li>
<li>Schedule and process payments for member services <br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support management with daily operations, opening and closing duties, and special projects<br><br>
</li>
<li>Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all members<br><br>
</li>
