</div><div><br></div><div><strong><u>Job Description:</u></strong></div><div>The<strong> Assistant General Manager</strong> is responsible for assisting the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the club to ensure members and prospects receive the highest quality of service and facilities. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position.<br><br>

<strong><u>Responsibilities: <br></u></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Achieve target revenue goals through leadership and motivation of employees.</li>
<li>Promote a professional and inviting environment that enhances the quality of service and care offered to members.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies.</li>
<li>Conduct tours and telephone inquiries for prospective members.</li>
<li>Monitor flagged check-ins to increase revenue and collections.</li>
<li>Coordinate and work with other departments, including Personal Training and Group Fitness.</li>
<li>Train and supervise the front desk, housekeeping, and Kid’s Crunch staff.</li>
<li>Assist with multiple aspects of inventory management, payroll, weekly bank deposits, shift coverage, and general club maintenance.</li>
<li>Ensure club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

<strong><u>Qualifications and Skills:</u></strong> </div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year management experience required.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills.</li>
<li>Fitness management experience preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to work onsite only.</li>
<li>CPR/AED certification.</li>
</ul><div><strong><u>Physical Requirements: </u></strong></div><ul>
<li>Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment.</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking. </li>
